Just a reminder that a selection of instructional videos are available for you to view. Currently they cover basic techniques such as punches, blocks and self defenses. These will be of particular assistance to white, blue and yellow belts. (Although is doesn't hurt for the higher belts to review their techniques.)
To access these videos, you will need to log in and a `Video Library' menu will appear on the right sidebar of the website. Please note that you will only be able to access the video pages that are relevant to your grade so if you click on a video that you do not need to know yet, you will receive the `access denied' page.

Congratulations to all students who graded on Saturday. From all reports, everyone did exceptionally well.

A great night at training last night. We enjoyed a visit and instruction from Shihan's long-time friend, Sensei Darrell Dodds who is a 4th Dan in Seido Karate.
Sensei Darrell also teaches an Israeli Self Defense system known as Krav Maga which was originally designed for the Israeli military.
